Our next event for scaleups attracting and retaining international talent

Two thirds of all Norwegian companies are lacking people, and there is a talent shortage globally. There are several ways to solve this challenge and one of them is recruiting internationally. We know that there are both opportunities and a lot of challenges to be solved for Oslo, the ecosystem and you to make that happen. This is an initiative to make that journey easier for startups and scaleups in Oslo. We're looking forward to an interesting session where practical insight, tips from people who have done it before, and putting the need for skilled talent on the agenda.

This will also mark Oslo Business Region's kick off of our future talent initiatives - aiming to make it easier for startups and scaleups to attract talent.

This event is for founders, People and Culture, HR or others involved in setting the strategy and initiatives for scaling your team, onboarding and retention - and you are or have an ambition to recruit international talent.
